The Northern Colorado Food Incubator and Be Local Northern Colorado are working closely with the City of Fort Collins , the Downtown Development Authority , UniverCity Connections , CSU and other community and civic groups to create a vibrant new downtown Marketplace. The picture shown below is only a conceptual drawing. No final location or design has been selected.

Update September 10, 2009: The Board of Directors of the DDA has approved moving to the second phase of the feasibility plan. See the Phase 1 reports for the Market Hall and the Upper Floors portion of the project.

Update April 9, 2009: The Board of Directors of the DDA has approved move to the first phase of the feasibility plan.  See the current planning document here .
